Those who were able to work remotely, and receive and deliver orders at least retained a part of the revenue.
Those restaurants which had the installed cloud-based accounting systems could clean up their current affairs during quarantine.
Those restaurants which had well-organized Internet marketing and work in social networks, could keep in touch with their customers. After all, abandoned customers can be matched by their competitors, who are more successful in the digital field.
And those who did not have all of these were forced to either take a loan or close, since not every restaurant can survive for so long without revenue.
Therefore, restaurants should also learn a lesson and draw the necessary conclusions in the field of digitalization.
