The diploma was issued for the great work of Center Smart Tourism within the association: we organized the department of smart tourism and digitalization, we periodically hold seminars and webinars to improve the digital literacy of leaders of tourism organizations, we organized a free consultation chat for members of the Association, where any participant can ask their questions about online promotion and building smart tourism.

Issued by the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the development of smart tourism and digitalization. Kazakhstan, as a country actively developing tourism, is in dire need of improving the quality of digital services, as well as increasing the qualifications of tourism businesses in the digital environment, and our efforts in this direction have been appreciated.

Issued by Kazakhtourism for the creation and promotion of an automatic audio guide in Almaty. The creation of an official audio guide that any tourist can download to their smartphone makes self-guided cyber tours possible for any tourist who speaks different languages. The presence of such an audio guide in a city or destination makes it closer to a smart destination.

Our audio-guided tours have been highly rated on one of the most famous travel resources, Tripadvisor. Tourists appreciated the convenience, informativeness and usefulness of such a service, taking into account that it is free for tourists.

Issued by the Autonomous Cluster Fund “Park of Innovative Technologies” Techgarden for winning the startup competition.The official audio guide of Almaty was presented as a project, which any tourist can download to his smartphone. This award is an encouragement for the development of digitalization and smart tourism, as well as the transfer of advanced technologies and their application in practice.
