A tourist, being in an unfamiliar city, first of all communicates with officials representing local business: taxi drivers, receptionists, managers, waiters. How hospitable these officials are makes the tourist’s impression of the destination.
Our on-site expert team will check local businesses for the following indicators:
the level of hospitality of hotel, restaurant staff,

completeness of offline information about certain businesses.
